Just wanted to say thanks for my recent order. I placed an order with Aro
last Saturday, and received the package last Friday (well... actually, I
received a notice from the post office who wouldn't deliver without a
signature... so I wasn't able to get them until today.) But, nonetheless,
they arrived!!! Hoorah!
It may not seem like a big deal to you, as you are most assuredly aware of
your own excellent service, but I thought I'd drop you a line and tell you
how pleased I am to have received my order quickly and completely as
promised.
I've had such poor luck with other on-line companies.
Lowpricecigarettes.com finally sent me my order after nearly 4 weeks but
only sent half the order. I am still (after now the second month) trying to
get a refund for the other half of the order that they mis-filled. They
have no phone number, never answer their email, and their fax number is out
of service.
You were the only company I've found (that carries this brand of Cohiba
cigarettes), that had a phone number and a person answering the phone. It
was such a pleasure making the order. Thanks again for your prompt service
and ease of ordering. Please thank the nice lady who answered the phone
last Saturday (Aug 3rd at about 10AM). I will certainly be making future
orders!!!

Aro, I just tried my first Aro cigar, the Robusto... It was great!!! I am
sure I will be ordering a bundle when the humidor empties out a little. I
will also pass a few on to friends, but I want to make sure I tell them what
a great deal it is! The website says $74 USD, and you wrote $100 on the
package. Is that $100 CDN then? If so, hopefully I can get a friend or two
to buy as well.
The assortment you sent was perfect, thank you. I will try to smoke one
after every Habs win... Hopefully that means that I run out in a hurry!
